In the interest of public health and safety, and in accordance with state guidelines, the Naples Condo & HOA Expo has reduced capacity in meeting rooms and public spaces. At this time, it will be mandatory for all participants to wear a face mask or protective covering, and we ask that everyone observes social distancing in all public event spaces.

*The Naples Condo & HOA Expo (NCHE) has put in place preventative measures and policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, NCHE cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending NCHE could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By attending NCHE, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. By registering and/or attending NCHE, you hereby agree to follow the rules and policies of NCHE and understand that they may be changed at any time. As an attendee of NCHE, you also assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attendance at NCHE or participation in NCHE programming (“Claims”). By attending, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NCHE, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto, including any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of NCHE, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any NCHE program.
